This past weekend my boyfriend and I made Vegan PB&J cups. He was the one who found the recipe and suggested we try them... I can easily say we will be making them again! They were so good and super easy to make. I like being in the kitchen, but I don't like complicated recipes. Plus I LOVE peanut butter, so this was perfect!! The only thing we did differently was that we bought jam instead of making our own. We used the Polaner All Natural Strawberry instead.
This recipe is great for satisfying that sweet tooth, but not being super high in sugar or calories. Another benefit for me... They are gluten-free! They are pretty sweet, so eating one or two is more than satisfying!
